Protecting financial information starts with collecting less of it in public.
Blackcore Financial separates public website inquiries from secure client document exchange. Sensitive tax and financial records should be submitted only through an approved secure client channel.
How information is handled on this website.
Public inquiries. If you contact Blackcore through an email link or other public inquiry method, the information you choose to provide may be used to respond to your request, determine fit, route the inquiry, and maintain appropriate business records.
Sensitive records. Do not send tax returns, Social Security numbers, bank statements, payroll files, identity documents, account credentials, or other sensitive financial information through ordinary public website inquiries or unsecured email. Existing clients should use the secure client portal or another approved secure method provided by Blackcore.
Website operations. The website and its hosting infrastructure may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and measure the site, such as request logs, device or browser information, and similar operational data.
Analytics and performance measurement. Blackcore uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand page usage, navigation activity, and technical website performance. These tools may process page paths, site origin, device or browser signals, performance measurements, and similar technical data used to produce website-usage and web-vitals reporting. These tools are not intended for submitting or analyzing client tax records, financial statements, identity documents, banking records, payroll files, or other sensitive client content.
Service providers. Blackcore may use service providers for website hosting, analytics and performance measurement, secure client access, communications, and other business operations. Information handled through a linked third-party service may also be subject to that provider's applicable terms and privacy practices.
Use and disclosure. Blackcore does not use public website inquiries as a substitute for secure client intake. Information may be used or disclosed when reasonably necessary to provide requested services, operate and secure the business, comply with law, protect rights, or work with authorized service providers.
Retention. Information should be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, applicable professional or legal requirements, security, dispute resolution, and legitimate business records.
Questions. Privacy or website-security questions may be sent to support@blackcorefinancial.com. Sensitive client records should not be attached to that message.
